Shipping
Delivery in Spain takes a maximum of 6 working days. For deliveries to other European countries, contact ocabedo@telecycling.eu to confirm delivery times before ordering. Shipping costs applicable to your address are shown at checkout. Furniture and bulky items are delivered without carrying them upstairs.
Returns and right of withdrawal
For online purchases of standard products by consumers, you may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To request a return, email ocabedo@telecycling.eu, stating your order number, the products you wish to return and your contact details. We will provide return instructions and confirm the delivery address.
Send the products back without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of withdrawal. The deadline is met if you dispatch them before that period ends. Please retain proof of dispatch.
Return costs and condition
You pay the direct cost of return shipping when returning goods because you have changed your mind. Please package them securely, using the original packaging where possible. You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop; you are responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
Refunds
We process refunds within a maximum of 3 working days after receiving the returned package, without prejudice to the applicable statutory deadlines. Refunds are made using the original payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise, and include the cost of standard outbound delivery where required by law. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not refunded.
The statutory refund deadline is 14 calendar days from notification of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, unless we have offered to collect them.
Damaged or defective products
Email us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs. Please report visible transport damage as soon as possible so that we can handle the carrier claim. This request does not limit your statutory rights. Defects and lack of conformity are handled separately from change-of-mind returns; the customer does not bear the necessary return costs for a valid conformity claim.
Custom-made products and warranty
The statutory withdrawal exception applies to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised. Choosing a standard finish does not by itself make a product personalised. Consumer goods are covered by the statutory guarantee applicable in Spain, including the three-year guarantee for new goods.
